Angel graduated with her Masters of Physical Therapy from UNC in 2007. She has worked in a variety of settings including sports medicine/post-surgical rehabilitation, home health, and skilled nursing. She is currently attending frequent continuing education classes in pursuit of an advanced manual therapy certification. Angel is delighted to have found a home with Mountain Physical Therapy, where she gets to spend individual time with her patients. Angel has advanced training and experience in manual therapy techniques and in muscle and movement reeducation to integrate the whole body for optimal function.
Clinical Interests: Angel enjoys using manual therapy techniques and muscle reeducation to integrate the whole body for optimal function. She has a special interest in dance, gymnastics, fitness, and weight lifting. She enjoys working with the entire age spectrum from children to elderly, having many years of experience with both extremes and in between.
Personal Interests: When she is not working you can find her enjoying and appreciating life by spending time with her two beautiful sons, studying physical therapy, working out, dancing, teaching, and cooking nutritious whole foods.
